Metro Fortaleza

Fortaleza Metro project carried out by Sacyr and AGIS, will consist of the construction of 12.4 kilometers of tunnel, of which 6 km will be executed by tunnel boring machine, such as 4 underground stations (Central Chico de Silva, Military College, Nunes Valente and Papicon).

The 6.92m diameter EPB TBM will go through different types of soil, from fine sand, clayey sand and basalt.

TNL18 has been involved in conditioning soil using the foaming agents ACTISOYL 100 and ACTISOYL 20W.

ACTISEAL PS1 tail seal grease has also been supplied for sealing the shield.
