Metro Guadalajara L3

In 2016, drilling began on L3 of Metro Guadalajara.

After a little more than two years working underground, the TBM « La Tapatía » finished the 4 kilometers of the underground section of Line 3 of the Guadalajara Light Train.

The 12m diameter EPB tunnel boring machine had just completed the AVE section of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

This Project had the singularity of making 1.000m in pure basalt.

TNL18 was involved from the beginning of the work and carried out the soil treatment with the foaming agents ACTISOYL 100 and ACTISOYL 20W.

For the basalt section, it was essential to use the ACTI+ WW polymer, which was of great help to extract the ground from the conveyor belt.

Likewise, ACTISEAL PS2/PS1 tail seal grease and ACTISEAL MB main bearing protection mastic were used.
